Paint Horse Gallery

Once your toes have thawed off from a day on the slopes, and the daylight has turned into dusk, you may find yourself gazing around you at the impressive mountain peaks and deep dipping valleys. Only in Colorado will you see such grandeur, and only in Breckenridge will you take a moment to stop and ponder the very sculpting of this great nation.

Back before Breckenridge was a warm an inviting resort town, it was part of the Wild West. Cowboys rode through the mountain ridges and wild stallions roamed free trudging through recklessly flowing river beds. If this sort of adventure grabs your attention, you will certainly want to take a bit of the west home with you. Though you cant capture a pony, or wrangle your own herd of cows, you can visit the Paint Horse Gallery for a piece of art this is sure to spruce up any wall.

Relatively new to town, the Paint Horse Gallery features Colorados golden days. You wont find very many still-lifes here, but you will be able to view landscapes that feature colorful scenery and horses roaming free on the range. Whether you walk through the gallery for a bit of culture and viewing pleasure, or whether you simply want to immortalize Breckenridge the way that Billy the Kid saw it, this land is yours for the price of a very realistic painting.

Some Breckenridge visitors will choose to remember their trip through a postcard or a souvenir snow globe, but for a piece of true Breckenridge history, a visit to the Paint Horse Gallery is the best type of remembrance that your money can buy.
