Breckenridge�s Spring Massive

For a great spring festival, including skiing, snowboarding, and the best competitors this side of the Atlantic, try out the Breckenridge Spring Massive. The Massive is a huge festival held in April every year, and includes the Breckenridge Spring Massive Slopestyle competition, where world class skiers and snowboarders show off their best stunts for cash prizes. What better way to enjoy a world class ski resort in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains that with a ski competition?

As if the incredible jumps and colossal rails at Freeway Terrain Park weren�t enough, the resort includes 4 peaks, 5 terrain parks and 4 halfpipes. For those who can�t yet ski, there are plenty of instructors and some nice gentle slopes. If you want to practice for the competition next year, then try out the advanced slopes. Perhaps you prefer to watch the visually thrilling competition? Then get ready, the Imperial Express Superchair, North America�s highest lift, is going to bring you up to 12840 feet to watch the amazing competition, an awesome experience by itself.

When you get hungry, try out Bite of Breckenridge, and check out the Brewfest. Later, go to the Shop Massive event, and buy some great Colorado style. Finally, sit back and have a few laughs at the comedy night event. For April Fool�s Day, the whole town gathered at the Blue River Plaza to celebrate. There was a town barbecue, and the crowning of the Town Fool. After the crowning everyone celebrated with live music and dancing. There is something for everyone at the Breckenridge Spring Massive!
