After the Slopes, How About a Massage?

The fresh air and bright sun of Breckenridge call to all outdoor enthusiasts, but it is easy to overdo the fun, and end up a little bit sore in the legs and back. What could be better than to arrange a massage therapy session when you get back from your hike or downhill slide?

No matter where you stay in the charming town of Breckenridge, there are massage therapist available at a moment's notice, both in house and out call.

Is your back a little stiff? A hot stone treatment will take of that in a luxurious 30 minute session, where these water warmed bits of mountain are placed on key stress points and joints, the gentle weight distributing the heat in a relaxing fashion.

Many of the therapists will combine their muscle tissue moving with aromatherapy, not only getting those knots out of your tired limbs, but also relaxing your mind, allowing you to soak in the whole Rocky Mountain experience.

One thing you might notice after a long hike in the aspens, or even above the treeline, is the thin layer of sweat on your brow. Encompassed in the fluid left by exertion, dirt can become trapped along with dead skin cells...certainly not something you want to carry out to the local pub later on! How about a facial scrub? Lay on your back and let the therapists massage away all of that goo, leaving you feeling fresh and ready to take on the day, completely invigorated.

The spa experience in Breckenridge has to be experienced to be believed, second to none, you will enjoy the vacation tenfold when you are relaxed and purified.
