About iGoBreckenridge.com

I’m Ed Leinster and I moved to Breckenridge about five years ago, leaving behind a law practice in Florida in order to ski more.

My interest in creating this site is to assist people with their vacation plans and to offer them the best prices on travel expenses, accommodations, and a variety of low-priced quality products available through my service and around Breckenridge.

If I don’t know the answer to your specific question, I will find your answer in no time. Your enjoyment of Breckenridge is my top priority and if I can help make your vacation a little better, then this site has done its job. Hope to hear from you soon.

Breckenridge is a great place to live and play with the highest ski lift in North America, mountain trails for summer biking, Lake Dillon for sailing, and countless other attractions, all with a family atmosphere. Unlike many ski resorts, Breckenridge was a town first, and still retains its 1800’s charm with building requirements that maintain the old west architecture. But Breckenridge takes a backseat to no resort when it comes to year-round entertainment.

Skiers from all over Europe, Australia and the United States flock here in the winter. We are located within a half hour of four other ski resorts, including Vail, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Valley. In the summer you can tackle the many paved or unpaved trails through the mountains. Or take a twenty mile downhill cruise from the top of Vail Valley down to Frisco, the entire stretch bordered by flowers and spectacular views. Have a picnic along the way and enjoy the river as it rushes down from the peaks.

In the fall, if you arrive during the roughly three week window, the trees put on a panorama of colors across the mountains and make cameras absolutely necessary. If people come here once, they always return. Most say that it’s hard to choose which season they like the best, and I agree.
