Grapes are chosen from both California and Colorado in order to produce find quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, Syrah, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling. Davis has also begun to experiment with Pinot Noir and Tempranillo, which is sure to be a future hit.
